All flight-inclusive holidays sold by Al Rawda Travel are financially protected by the ATOL scheme, administered by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).


2. ATOL Financial Protection

Some of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays displayed on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. However, ATOL protection does not apply to all travel and holiday services featured on this site.

Before confirming your booking, please ask us to clarify which travel arrangements are covered by ATOL protection.

If you are issued with an ATOL Certificate, it will confirm which parts of your booking are financially protected, who is covered, and what to do if insolvency occurs.
If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, your booking will not be ATOL protected.
If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but certain elements of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.

3. Scope of Services

Al Rawda Travel offers a range of travel services, including but not limited to:

  • Flight bookings and flight-inclusive holidays

  • Accommodation and hotel reservations

  • Visa processing and documentation assistance

  • Transfers, transport, and ground services

  • Tailor-made travel itineraries

All services are subject to availability and the specific terms and inclusions provided at the time of booking.


4. Limits on Website Use

You may not use this website or any of its content for resale, redistribution, or commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
You must not reproduce, copy, modify, or exploit any part of the website, its design, or materials without authorization.


5. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all details on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, information is subject to change without notice and may rely on data from third-party suppliers.
All content is provided “as is”, and we recommend confirming details before making decisions based on website content.


6. Booking Procedure

To confirm your booking, you must:

  • Complete the booking form or online request.

  • Provide valid travel documentation and identification.

  • Pay the required deposit or full amount as specified at the time of booking.

Once your payment or deposit has been received, your booking is confirmed, and our cancellation terms apply.


7. Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit (typically £500 per person or as advised) is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure.

If full payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be cancelled and deposits forfeited.

Certain bookings (e.g., airline tickets or special offers) may require full payment immediately.


8. Price Guarantee

Once full payment has been received, prices are guaranteed and will not change, except in cases of government-imposed taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations beyond our control.

We will notify you in writing of any unavoidable price changes prior to your departure.


9. Changes and Cancellations by You

If you wish to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email at info@alrawdatravel.co.uk.

Cancellation Fees:

29–42 days 50% of total cost
15–28 days 70% of total cost
8–14 days 90% of total cost
1–4 days / After Ticket Issue 100% of total cost

Once airline tickets have been issued, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.


10. Changes or Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to amend or cancel your booking in the event of operational issues, supplier changes, or other unavoidable circumstances.

If we must cancel your trip, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative of equal or greater value (subject to your agreement).

We are not liable for additional costs incurred due to events beyond our control.


11. Travel Insurance

All customers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
This should cover medical emergencies, cancellations, personal belongings, accidents, and repatriation.

Al Rawda Travel accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to hold suitable insurance coverage.


12. Passports, Visas, and Health

It is your responsibility to ensure that all travellers have:

  • A valid passport (with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of travel)

  • The necessary visas and entry documentation

  • Any required vaccinations or health certificates

We are not liable if you are refused travel or entry due to incorrect or missing documents.


13. Special Assistance and Medical Conditions

If you or anyone in your party has a medical condition, disability, or reduced mobility, please inform us at the time of booking.
We will liaise with our suppliers to accommodate your needs where possible, but we cannot guarantee all requests can be met.


14. Behaviour and Conduct

All travellers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly.
We reserve the right to terminate your holiday without refund if your behaviour causes distress, danger, or nuisance to others or results in damage to property.


15. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

We are not liable for any loss, delay, or change caused by events outside our control, including: war, terrorism, pandemics, industrial action, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

In such cases, we will offer reasonable assistance but cannot guarantee refunds where costs are non-recoverable from suppliers.


16. Complaints Procedure

If you encounter an issue during your trip, please notify the relevant supplier immediately.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact Al Rawda Travel as soon as possible.

Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of your return to:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 14 days and provide a full response within 28 days.


17. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal data is collected only as necessary to process and fulfil your booking.
Your details may be shared with airlines, hotels, and relevant suppliers solely to facilitate your travel arrangements.

We never sell or share your information with unrelated third parties.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@alrawdatravel.co.uk.


18. Unauthorized Payments

Payments must only be made to official Al Rawda Travel business accounts as stated on our invoices or correspondence.
We are not responsible for losses arising from payments made to personal or unauthorised bank accounts.


19. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

(a) Website information is provided “as is” for general use.
(b) We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
(c) Except as required by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your booking.
(d) Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
(e) Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.


20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject exclusively to the courts of England and Wales.
